PITTSTON &mdash; The city&rsquo;s annual St. Patrick&rsquo;s Day Parade will be led by the city&rsquo;s top firefighter.
				Fire Chief James T. Rooney will led the seventh annual parade as grand marshal, it was announced this weekend on the parade&rsquo;s Facebook page.
				Rooney was born, raised and educated in Pittston, according to the post. He is the son of James A. Rooney and the late Margaret Mary Hennigan Rooney; and a proud graduate of St. John the Evangelist High School.
				He and his wife, Mary Theresa Cosgrove Rooney, have two children &mdash; Sean, now living with his wife, Brittany in Duryea, and Katie, who lives in Philadelphia &mdash; and one grandchild, Isla Grace Rooney.
