City Market and Cafe eyes mid-March debut for Dallas Twp. restaurant

Nikki M. Mascali and Tom Roarty were married on Monday, July 15, 2019, at New York City Hall. Nikki is the daughter of Denis and Christine Perugino of Dallas. Tom is the son of Tom and Angela Roarty of Rocky Point, New York.
				Tom&rsquo;s daughter, Tyler Roarty of New York City, was maid of honor, and his son, Kyle Roarty of Newton, New Jersey, was best man.
				A family celebration of the marriage was held Friday, Oct. 18 in New York City.
				The bride is a graduate of Dallas Senior High School and Luzerne County Community College, where she majored in business administration and journalism. She is a news editor at The New York Post.
				The groom is a graduate of Centereach High School in Centereach, New York, and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, where he majored in graphic design. He is an art director at Scholastic.
				The couple met on Jan. 21, 2010, at an event in the Woodlands when Nikki was associate editor at the Weekender, and Tom was the multimedia marketing manager at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.
				They moved to New York City in 2012 and live on Roosevelt Island with their rescue pit bull, Kona. The Roartys will honeymoon in Paris, Antwerp and Amsterdam in April 2020.
