Ryan is a grandson of Thomas and Mary Ann Iskra and Ronald and Carol Reilly, all of Wilkes-Barre. He is a great-grandson of Dorothy Zima, Wilkes-Barre, and Roberta Reilly, Mountain Top. Ryan has two brothers, Matthew, 15, and David Jr., 15, and two sisters, Courtney, 10, and Jenna, 7.
