Caution tape bars the entrance to Frances Slocum Playground, as at playgrounds around the city of Wilkes-Barre. Temperatures were in the low 60s when this picture was taken Sunday afternoon, but there was not a soul to be seen around the park on North Pennsylvania Avenue.
