Airports numbers drop significantly; Air Show cancelled

KINGSTON &mdash; Police arrested one person and are seeking two others on allegations they ransacked a storage garage stealing nearly $6,200 worth of musical equipment earlier this month.
				Eldar Basic, 43, of Metcalf St., Wilkes-Barre, was charged with his role in cutting a lock off a storage garage at Nelson StoreSecure on Division Street and stealing property. 
				The burglary and theft, which occurred just before 9 p.m. on April 6, was captured by surveillance cameras.
				Police released surveillance pictures and video of the incident hoping someone can identify a man and a woman involved in the theft. Basic was allegedly recorded at the scene.
				According to the criminal complaint filed against Basic:
				Police responded to Nelson StoreSecure on a report a lock was cut off from a storage garage and musical equipment and other items valued at $6,276 was stolen. Police noted the building is secured and only accessible by a code.
				Police reviewed surveillance video that recorded two men and two women inside the building at 8:53 p.m. on April 6. Basic was identified as one of the men and police were able to identify one of the women, the complaint says.
				No charges have been filed against the woman who was identified in the surveillance video.
				She was contacted by police and later returned the stolen items, the complaint says.
				Basic was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and four counts of criminal conspiracy. He was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Carmody in West Pittston and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000 bail.
