HAZLE TWP. &mdash; A truck driver appeared intoxicated when he attempted to connect a trailer at the Amazon Fulfillment Center and struggled with three state police troopers when he was arrested, according to court records.
				Henry K. Skowron, 53, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested after he was stunned twice by a Taser during a violent struggle with troopers that began inside the truck tractor and ended on the pavement outside the center early Friday morning.
				State police say Skowron slurred his speech, displayed bloodshot eyes and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage when he was arrested.
				Two employees at the center told state police Skowron nearly struck them as he coasted his truck tractor in the yard.
				According to the criminal complaint:
				Troopers responded to the center on a report a truck driver, identified as Skowron, was intoxicated and had trouble connecting a trailer to his truck tractor at about 12:15 a.m. An employee at the center managed to obtain Skowron&rsquo;s keys to the truck tractor.
				Skowron was found sitting in the driver&rsquo;s seat of the truck tractor and refused to exit.
				When Skowron reached above the dash in an overhanging compartment, a trooper stepped onto the ladder to prevent him grasping an unknown object.
				Skowron initiated a struggle with the trooper that expanded to the rear compartment of the truck tractor. Two other troopers engaged in the struggle through the passenger side door.
				Skowron grabbed the steering wheel and refused to release his grip.
				Troopers pulled Skowron out the passenger side door where he tensed up and refused to comply with commands to place his hands behind his back.
				Skowron was stunned twice before he was handcuffed, the complaint says.
				State police in the complaint say there were papers and a stapler in the overhang compartment where Skowron had reached, and a wine glass with an odor of an alcoholic beverage found on the truck tractor&rsquo;s floor.
				Skowron was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Halesey in Hanover Township on charges of obstruction administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.
