NOXEN TWP. &mdash; A man from Wyoming County wanted by Kingston police since 2017 was captured during a traffic stop and foot chase on Thursday.
				State police at Tunkhannock reported Stephen Horvath, 26, was stopped for driving a 2006 Pontiac G6 near the Noxen Food Mart on Route 29.
				Horvath allegedly provided a false name and a date of birth and was unable to provide an identification card or driver&rsquo;s license.
				When a trooper advised Horvath he would be detained pending an electronic Live Scan of his fingerprints, he fled on food initiating a chase, state police said.
				Horvath was stunned by a Taser during the chase and allegedly struggled with a trooper when he was arrested.
				A records check showed Horvath was wanted by the Wyoming County Probation Department and by Kingston police on charges of flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest stemming from an incident on Aug. 2, 2017, state police and court records say.
				State police charged Horvath with false identification to law enforcement, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct. He was jailed at the Wyoming County Prison, state police said.
