Wolf: Pocono Raceway may have to resume races without fans

The Luzerne County Election Board has postponed Wednesay&rsquo;s meeting another week because the county election office did not obtain a legal advertisement announcing the meeting, board Chairman Jose Adames said Monday.
				The meeting will now be held at 4:30 p.m. on May 27, he said.
				County Councilman Walter Griffith said he understands the office is very busy preparing for the June 2 primary but criticized the failure to secure the advertisement.
				Griffith had pointed to a lack of advertising in the past, forcing the board to retroactively ratify business conducted at prior meetings that did not meet state public notification requirements.
				Adames said he expects the meeting to be packed with helpful updates and information on the June 2 primary because board members have requested answers to many questions, including some from candidates and voters.
