Legislators react to Gov. Wolf’s vetoes of 3 bills

SUGAR NOTCH &mdash; A man was arrested early Thursday morning on felony drug trafficking offenses and a woman claimed she spent all of her stimulus money to buy heroin and fentanyl, according to court records.
				Borough police and agents with the Luzerne County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at 739 Main St., directly across the street from the borough municipal building where the police department is located.
				Leroy Little, 54, was arrested after authorities allegedly discovered suspected packets of heroin and fentanyl, a digital scale with residue, new and used packets used to package heroin and fentanyl, zip lock bags with white powder, a cell phone and nearly $600.
				Packets were stamped Call of Duty and Panthers, court records say.
				When authorities served the search warrant, Danielle Greenway, was inside Little&rsquo;s apartment.
				Greenway was allegedly in possession of heroin and fentanyl packets. She admitted she spent all of her stimulus money to buy the drugs, court records say.
				Little allegedly told authorities he is an &ldquo;in between&rdquo; selling heroin and fentanyl on behalf of his dealer in Wilkes-Barre. He also claimed Greenway purchased heroin and fentanyl with her stimulus check, according to court records.
				Little was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Halesey in Hanover Township on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $100,000 bail.
				No charges have been filed against Greenway.
				Court records say Greenway, 42, in an unrelated case, is facing drug possession charges in county court stemming from a traffic stop by Wilkes-Barre police on South Main Street on April 26, 2019.
