Eagle Scout candidate’s project will honor fallen officers

This monument will be placed on the front lawn of the Plymouth Borough Building to honor the three borough police officers who were killed in the line of duty. Nathaniel Wren, 16, raised the funding for the monument as his Eagle Scout project.
