W-B woman wants to remind people about dangers of radon

DANVILLE &mdash; Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) was ranked the best health plan in Pennsylvania by the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study, according to a press released issued on Monday.
				The study has been conducted for the last 14 years and surveys members of 149 health plans in 21 regions across the United States.
				&ldquo;This award is further demonstration &mdash; directly from our members &mdash; that GHP provides outstanding customer service,&rdquo; said Kurt Wrobel, GHP&rsquo;s president and chief executive officer. &ldquo;Answering questions quickly and accurately, communicating clearly and providing coverage at competitive prices are all areas where we strive to do well every day. Thanks to our employees who provide this high level of service.&rdquo;
				The study looks at six key factors: billing and payment, cost, coverage and benefits, customer service, information and communication and provider choice.
				Geisinger&rsquo;s health plan received the highest score from members in cost, information and communication and billing and payment.
				GHP started in 1985 and has a provider network of more than 30,000 primary care and specialty physicians, 120 hospitals and serves nearly 600,000 Pennsylvanians.
