WEST NANTICOKE &mdash; More than 16 years ago a kid went to a party in a trailer in Hunlock Township.
				That&rsquo;s what we&rsquo;ve been told.
				And she was never seen again &mdash; vanished, apparently, into thin air.
				We are told there were 17 people at that party.
				Yet we know very little of that night.
				Phylicia Thomas was 22 when she went missing on Feb. 11, 2004.
				Since that night, her mother, Pauline Bailey, has mourned. She has waited for some news about her daughter. And after 16 years of no good news, Pauline Bailey still waits. She still mourns.
				Pauline, her family and her faithful friend, Judy Lorah Fisher, will not rest until Phylicia is brought home and given a proper burial.
				Pauline Bailey lives for the closure that would come from the confirmation of her daughter&rsquo;s death.
				Pauline wants to give Phylicia a proper burial. She wants to be able to visit her grave and talk to her, place flowers and know where Phylicia is &mdash; at eternal rest.
				Pauline and Judy have tried to find that information, those clues, that would tell them what happened to Phylicia and where she is, where her remains are.
				They have searched and searched with no results.
				Investigators have not been able to solve the case, despite countless interviews and leads.
				Pauline and Judy have said that there are people out there who know what happened that night. They say that people are afraid to come forward.
				On Monday, a billboard was placed on Route 11 in the West Nanticoke section of Plymouth Township. The billboard asks anyone with information to call. The identity of all callers will remain anonymous.
				All Pauline wants is information that will lead to the discovery of Phylicia&rsquo;s remains. And if in that process, the identity of those responsible for Phylicia&rsquo;s disappearance/death is also found out, even better.
				&#8226; Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-222-8477 and anonymously give whatever information they have about Phylicia&rsquo;s disappearance.
				But one small billboard on Route 11 in West Nanticoke doesn&rsquo;t seem like enough to get Pauline&rsquo;s plea for help out. But billboards cost money. The one placed on Monday cost $443 for six months. Pauline and Judy want to add information about Jennifer Barziloski, a friend of Phylicia&rsquo;s, was last seen June 23, 2001, outside C. Majors Sports Bar on Main Street in Edwardsville.
				State Police have said the two women knew some of the same people, including Steve Martin, who died in prison. 
				Human remains discovered April 2, 2010, in Hunlock Township have been identified as Barziloski, 18.
				Pauline and Judy are trying to raise money to pay for the billboard. They need help.
				This community could do a great service by helping out here. Donations &mdash; big donations &mdash; could pay for more billboards, maybe on Interstate 81 or Route 309 &mdash; extremely busy highways. More people would see them and maybe, just maybe, somebody would see them and call with information that could lead to finding Phylicia and solving this case.
				Think about Pauline and the last 16 years of waiting and mourning.
				Think about the possibility that the people responsible are still free and walking around.
				And think about Phylicia and what happened to her on Feb. 11, 2004, and where she might be.
				And think about what you can do to help.

Beyond the Byline: More Phylicia billboards would be good
