Tom Wolf <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/791925/pa-set-to-resume-some-virus-restrictions-thursday-bars-teleworking-included" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">announced new restrictions</a> in the state&rsquo;s fight against COVID-19 that will affect bars, restaurants, other businesses and gatherings.
