‘Their needs have not changed’: Local nonprofits search for new ways to raise funds

The Ousterhout Free Library’s annual book sale was one of the man nonprofit fundraisers that was canceled by the COVID-19 pandemic this year. The library and other nonprofits are scrambling to find new ways to raise funds without those fundraisers.
