MOOSIC &mdash; U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Moosic, has received an endorsement from former President Barack Obama alongside other Democratic candidates across the country.

I am thankful President Obama recognizes my commitment to serving this district.&rdquo;
				Cartwright is seeking his fifth term in the U.S. House of Representatives.
