Biden picks Harris as running mate

WILKES-BARRE &mdash; City police reported a 41-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound on West Chestnut Street Tuesday night.
				Police deemed the gunshot wound as non-life threatening. The victim was transported to an area hospital.
				The Times Leader reported online Tuesday night that the shooting took place in the 100 block of West Chestnut Street near Wilkes-Barre General Hospital just before 10 p.m.
				Evidence was collected at the scene, police said.
				Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Wilkes-Barre police.
