FORTY FORT &mdash; State police at Wyoming reported David O. Wickham, 32, suffered serious injuries when a vehicle crashed and erupted in flames on Route 309 early Wednesday morning.
				Wickham, of Hanover Township, was transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township.
				State police said the crash happened in the northbound lane of Route 309, also known as the North Cross Valley Expressway, near the Rutter Avenue Bridge overpass.
				The vehicle struck the end of a guide rail with its rear end before rolling over and coming to rest on its roof against a bridge pillar, state police said.
				State police said the vehicle became engulfed in flames during the crash.
				Reports that two people fled the vehicle could not be confirmed.
				Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call state police at 570-697-2000.
