Judge orders supermarket spit suspect to undergo competency evaluation

WILKES-BARRE &mdash; A third location has been chosen to house one of five police substations planned for the city.
				Mayor George Brown on Thursday said the newest spot will the Toyota SportsPlex at 38 Coal St., the practice facility for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey team.
				Earlier this month Brown said he wanted to set up substations in all five city council districts in the city. The stations will help with community policing and increase the visibility of officers in the neighborhoods.
				A substation is up and running at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital in District E. Another one is in the works for Advanced Hearing Solutions at 209 Old River Road in District A. The Toyota SportsPlex is in District D.
