WILKES-BARRE &mdash; A man who claimed he was a gunman&rsquo;s target was arrested on drug trafficking offenses late Tuesday night.
				A city police officer in the area of Sherman Hills Apartments off Coal Street heard several gunshots and observed a vehicle exiting the complex at about 11:23 p.m.
				Police stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as Trevor Holman, 30, of Wilkes-Barre.
				Holman told police he was shot at near the entrance to the complex. A bullet hole was found in the passenger side door of Holman&rsquo;s vehicle, police said.
				Police said they recovered 15 shell casings where Holman claimed he was targeted.
				Holman allegedly told police a white vehicle was involved.
				Police said Holman was not cooperative.
				A records check showed Holman was wanted on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. He was arraigned Wednesday by District Judge Donald Whittaker in Nanticoke and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $100,000 bail.
