Boycott: Teams across four leagues protest racial injustice by refusing to play

The court remained empty following the scheduled start time for Game 5 of the NBA playoff series between the Milwaukee Bucks and Orlando Magic on Wednesday. The Bucks didn’t take the floor for the game in protest of racial injustice following the police shooting of a Black man in Wisconsin, setting off a chain of boycotted games throughout multiple leagues.
