WILKES-BARRE &mdash; Leadership Wilkes-Barre Executive Director Lori Nocito said during these uncertain pandemic times, leaders are challenged with the need to be innovative, creative, and resilient.
				&ldquo;We have taken this challenge head on, while providing a safe learning environment and everyone is welcome to participate,&rdquo; Nocito said.
				Leadership Wilkes-Barre announced that it is now offering a brand new, entirely virtual Advanced Leadership Certificate.
				&ldquo;This innovative opportunity, unlike anything else offered throughout NEPA, will take participants through a challenging, collaborative, skill-based learning experience,&rdquo; Nocito said. &ldquo;This is a great opportunity to gather LWB alumni, or offer our skills to your team for the first time.&rdquo;
				Nocito provided detailed information on the curriculum that was developed by industry experts throughout the country.
				The 10-week course begins on Sept. 21, and Nocito said the schedule is very flexible and based largely on the participants&rsquo; needs. The time commitment for participants is approximately one to two hours per week.
				&ldquo;This is the perfect opportunity for individuals or teams to connect with one another, as well as the greater Leadership Wilkes-Barre network,&rdquo; Nocito said.
