Edward Paul Koch and Deborah Aregood from Harding would like to celebrate with friends and with their families by announcing their engagement and their approaching marriage. 
				The bride-to-be is the daughter of Deborah Evans and the late Joseph Evans of Exeter. She is the granddaughter of Betty Lou Rinehimer and the late Samuel L. Rinehimer of Wilkes-Barre; and the late Carl and Catherine Evans of Wilkes-Barre. She is a 2002 graduate of Wyoming Area High School. She has also been a nurse for the last 12 years.
				The prospective groom has a sister Stacey Koch of Virginia. Edward graduated from Tamaqua High School in 1997 and served four years in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently self-employd.
				The couple will exchange vows in June 2020.
