WILKES-BARRE &mdash; A man wanted by city police attempted to outrun officers resulting in him getting stunned in the back by a Taser.
				Lateef Mustafa Harris, 34, was spotted by officers walking with another man in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory at about 12:50 p.m. Saturday.
				Officers were aware Harris was wanted on an arrest warrant.
				When an officer approached Harris, he used his middle name to identify himself, according to court records.
				Harris allegedly used his middle name a second time to identify himself when a second officer arrived at the scene.
				When officers advised Harris he was wanted, Harris turned and ran, court records say.
				An officer stunned Harris with a Taser during a foot chase.
				Harris, of Sambourne Street, Wilkes-Barre, was arraigned by District Judge Donald Whittaker in Nanticoke on charges of resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and false identification to law enforcement officer. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $250,000 bail.
