The Banks - a Waterfront Venue, formerly Cooper’s Seafood Restaurant, has been transformed into a banquet hall by owners Pat Hadley and Tino Ferretti. Kevin Kearney and Jamie Granko have leased out the venue for weddings, parties, meetings and more.
