French police officers stand outside a high school after a history teacher who opened a discussion with students on caricatures of Islam’s Prophet Muhammad was beheaded, Friday in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, north of Paris. Police have shot the suspected killer dead. The teacher had received threats after opening a discussion ‘for a debate’ about the caricatures about 10 days ago, the police official told The Associated Press.
