Collins acquitted on all counts, calls charges against him ‘trumped up’

Robert Collins, a former Wilkes-Barre police office, center leaves the Mohegan Sun Arena Friday night, where he had been on trial this week for numerous counts of sex abuse and related charges. After six hours of deliberation, a jury acquitted him of all counts.
