KINGSTON &mdash; Municipal police arrested yet another man after he allegedly engaged in sexually explicit conversation with an undercover detective posing as a 15-year-old girl.
				Paul Rissmiller, Jr., 43, of Bangor in Northampton County was arrested and arraigned on Friday on three charges of unlawful contact with a minor, and one charge of criminal use of a communication facility.
				According to the criminal complaint:
				The detective posing on social media as a 15-year-old girl was contacted several times by a man with the user name &ldquo;jr,&rdquo; who was later positively identified as Rissmiller.
				Rissmiller was advised on Aug. 30 that the girl was only 15 years old, to which he wrote back saying &ldquo;U only 15, U like older men&rdquo; and asked for a picture, clarifying that he wanted a topless photo of the girl. He also asked if the girl could hook him up with her mother, and told her that he was 43.
				Rissmiller told the girl that he lived in the Poconos, and sent multiple sexually explicit messages including asking for more topless and nude photos.
				The messages stopped for a while before picking back up on Sept. 2, telling the girl that he couldn&rsquo;t meet up because he was called into work, and wanted to meet up on either Friday (Sept. 4) or Saturday (Sept. 5).
				Rissmiller went silent again until Sept. 20, where he argued with the girl about meeting up, saying &ldquo;we have to get a room&rdquo; and informing her that he wouldn&rsquo;t be wearing a condom.
				On Sept. 23, the detective sent an administrative subpoena to the social media site requesting identifying information for the screen name. Through email and a verified phone number, police were able to identify Rissmiller as a possible suspect, as he resides in the Pocono area and is 43 years old.
				Rissmiller was contacted by Kingston police on Friday, and transported to police headquarters. After being advised of his rights, Rissmiller agreed to speak with detectives and provided a statement admitting to having a sexually explicit conversation with someone who he believed to be a 15-year-old girl.
				Rissmiller was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Alexandra Kokura Kravitz, where he was unable to post $25,000 in bail and was lodged at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility to await a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 3.
