Even a ‘Muggle’ can make these treats

Our Times Leader test cooks tried to set up a bewitching display, fit for a party. Look closely and you’ll see wands, a skull-shaped bottle, a peaked hat, a real pumpkin and seasonal candles. Our edible offerings include Halloween Pizza, in the foreground, and Pumpkin Juice, in the mug.
