Williamsport was a few yards away from tying or taking the lead with a historic comeback.
				Altoona made sure it wouldn&rsquo;t happen.
				Aiming to fully erase a 21-point deficit, the Millionaires were victimized by an interception near the Altoona goal line. The Mountain Lions took it back 92 yards for a game-sealing touchdown in the fourth quarter, earning a 29-14 win in Friday&rsquo;s District 4/6 Class 6A championship at Bald Eagle Area High School.
				Despite the return of quarterback Dallas Griess to action, Williamsport entered the fourth quarter down 21-0 with the program&rsquo;s state title hopes flickering.
				But Griess rekindled them when he broke loose for a 27-yard touchdown run with 10:59 to play. The Millionaires (6-2) rode that momentum into a three-and-out and another quick score &mdash; a Nasir Hennigan 8-yard run followed by a Griess 2-point conversion.
				Improbably, Williamsport was right back in the red zone a minute later with a fumble recovery. But Altoona&rsquo;s Edwin Franklin came up with the play of the game, as his pick-six put the Lions up 29-14 after a 2-point conversion of their own.
				Altoona jumped on top 7-0 early on an Ethan Stroup 8-yard touchdown run. The Lions got a boost just before halftime when Marcus Day hit Tyreke Green for a 22-yard touchdown to make it 14-0 at the break.
				After a Williamsport turnover in the third quarter, Day took it in himself for a 3-yard touchdown before the Millionaires started their rally.
				Altoona advances to take on District 2 Class 6A champion Delaware Valley, which knocked off Hazleton Area on Friday.
