Philadelphia bans indoor gatherings, broadens virus rules

WILKES-BARRE TWP. &mdash; A police chase ended with a crash and two people in custody outside the Dollar Tree in the East End Centre on Monday night.
				The incident unfolded around as officers attempted to pull over a white car that looked very similar to a police interceptor vehicle in the area of John Heinz Boulevard.
				The vehicle fled the scene, but didn&rsquo;t make it far before crashing into a parked vehicle and a support beam outside the Dollar Tree. Police estimated that the vehicle was traveling around 40-45 miles per hour at the time of the crash, and are still uncertain as to why the vehicle attempted to flee.
				Police took two suspects into custody at the scene.
				No one was deemed seriously injured in the crash after an evaluation conducted by medics on scene.
