Luzerne County Council to discuss state-requested pollution reduction plan

WILKES-BARRE &mdash; The Accelerator has announced the launch of 2,500 square feet of cowork space for solopreneurs, start-ups, and local business professionals, through their newest endeavor &mdash; CoWork at The Accelerator.
				In celebration, the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce &mdash; formerly the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce &mdash; will host a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Dec. 1, at 4 p.m.
				Local entrepreneur Kristopher B. Jones launched CoWork at the Accelerator to create a space for any local professional who is looking to work remotely in a high-energy environment. Limited private offices and desks are now available for short term leasing within this space.
				All coworkers get access to private parking and all of the benefits that every tenant at The Accelerator receives, including: one-on-one business coaching with owner and founder Kristopher B. Jones, growth marketing, financial services, legal services, IT support and management, human resource services discounts, monthly webinars, exclusive demo invitations, and access to Studio 16 South.
				All private offices and desks are set up for socially-distant coworking, in response to COVID-19.
				The Accelerator is part of the Luzerne County COVID-19 Pledge for a safe work environment, to ensure that health and safety guidelines are met and maintained for all building tenants and visitors.
				The announcement comes after the successful launch of Studio 16 South, a state of the art content creation studio located on the first floor of the Accelerator allowing tenants and outside businesses, educators, and hobbyists to launch podcasts and stream video in real time.
				This project is part of a larger renovation project done by the Accelerator, which included a 25,000 square foot renovation of the former Guard Insurance Building. The building is 60% full and has up to 10,000 square feet of Class A Space available for immediate lease to businesses of any type.
