HANOVER TWP. &mdash; A Hanover Township man is facing numerous charges after police say he choked two juvenile females during an argument and threatened to stab them with a knife.
				Phillip Holmes, 54, is locked up on Monday for lack of $100,000 bail after being charged with a felony count of strangulation, along with a misdemeanor count of strangulation and two misdemeanor counts each of simple assault and reckless endangerment.
				Holmes is also facing two summary counts of harassment.
				According to police, Holmes was arrested on Sunday after Hanover Township police were dispatched to his Mark Drive home for the complaints of a physical domestic, including reports of a male with a knife threatening to harm family members.
				Upon arriving on scene, police were met with seven juveniles. The oldest of which, a 15-year-old girl, told police she got into an argument with Holmes about her not cleaning up food.
				The girl told police 
				Holmes grabbed her by the neck, lifted her off her feet and slammed her onto the ground.
				Holmes then allegedly climbed on top of a 13-year-old who was seated on a couch, and began to choke her. She told police she punched Holmes and forced him off her.
				The children told police that Holmes then picked up a knife and held it in a &ldquo;stabbing position,&rdquo; and threatened to stab one of the girls in the throat, before saying he would stab anyone who came into the home. He then threw the knife in the kitchen sink and left.
				While police were speaking with the children, their motherarrived on-scene along with Holmes. Small told police Holmes called her and said he &ldquo;was going to kill anyone who came through the front door.&rdquo;
				Holmes was arraigned Monday morning before Magisterial District Judge Matthew C. Christopher, who set Holmes&rsquo; bail at $100,000. Holmes&rsquo; preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 28.
