Mobile labs take vaccine studies to diverse neighborhoods

HANOVER TWP. &mdash; Township police charged Roberto Herrera, 32, of Warrior Run, with drunken driving after a vehicle crash on Dundee Road and aggravated assault for actions inside a hospital emergency room on Monday.
				Herrera crashed his vehicle near Loomis Park Road just before 6 p.m. and was transported to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital where he caused a disturbance.
				Herrera was charged with aggravated assault, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, harassment, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three traffic violations. He was arraigned by District Judge James Haggerty in Kingston and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.
