HANOVER TWP. &mdash; A man from Hanover Township used lyrics from a Black Sabbath song and made references to federal elected officials to stalk and harass three owners of a construction business where he was employed, according to court records.
				John Peter Arnone Jr., 59, of 221 Lee Park Ave., was arrested early Thursday, his second arrest in two months for terrorizing the three owners since he was furloughed from the construction business.
				Arnone was laid-off from the business due to illicit drug use last year, court records say.
				Soon after being furloughed, Arnone allegedly began sending disturbing messages to the owners. Two owners reside in West Pittston and one lives in Dallas Township.
				West Pittston police first arrested Arnone on Dec. 24 on multiple counts of terroristic threats, stalking, harassment, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.
				During his arraignment in December, District Judge Ferris Webby instructed Arnone not to have any contact with the three victims.
				Police in court records filed Sunday say Arnone continued to stalk and harass the three victims with disturbing messages after his arrest Dec. 24.
				According to the complaint, Arnone wrote, &ldquo;Cuz if it gets ugly, I&rsquo;m not sure what&rsquo;s going to happen I just don&rsquo;t want to think about how many lives it&rsquo;s going to effect.&rdquo;
				Arnone wrote in another message to the victims they should listen to Black Sabbaths&rsquo;s song, &ldquo;Iron Man,&rdquo; which has lyrics about planning vengeance and &ldquo;kills the people he once saved,&rdquo; the complaint says.
				Police in the complaint say Arnone wrote in other messages that he was waiting to hear from Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic Majority Leader in the U.S. House of Representatives, and was brokering a deal in the United States that required the victim&rsquo;s grandson.
				When a West Pittston officer spoke with Arnone on Jan. 12, Arnone claimed he wanted to see the world cleansed, and was trying to get then President-Elect Joe Biden and President Donald Trump to shake hands before Inauguration Day, the complaint says.
				A Biden/Harris flag hung from Arnone&rsquo;s front porch Thursday morning when he was arrested.
				Police allege Arnone dropped letters off at the home of one of the owners resulting in the business located in Exeter to be evacuated.
				Arnone was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Halesey on charges of stalking, terroristic threats and harassment. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $100,000 bail.
