				&#8226; In Wilkes-Barre, Mayor George Brown has notified recipients of emergency business loans given out at the start of the pandemic that he&rsquo;s extended the repayment deadline by a year to May 2022.
				&#8226; A Sugarloaf man who is accused of killing his father is scheduled to go to trial this spring. A two-week trial is expected in the case of William Morse IV, 29.
				&#8226; Pennsylvania&rsquo;s unemployment rate was down 0.1 percentage points over the month to 6.7 percent in December, the eighth consecutive monthly decline.
