 Airport reported in black &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assistant Airport Director Wy McGowell said the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 International Airport is in the black with revenues of $93,563.77The report
is from January to the end of October. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 October figures showed incomes of $3,242, compared to last October's
figures of $1,100. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 McGowell said he expects a very good November because of the arrival of
Delta Airlines. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Two bids for supply and cleaning of work uniforms for one year were
received from Mary McIntosh, of Wilkes-Barre, for $5,685.60, and Unitog
Rental, of Bloomsburg, for $6,492.20. The contract will be awarded at next
month's meeting. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The airport board authorized advertising for bids for a
rehabilitation/overlay project of Runway 4-22 and the purchase of a new
light-duty dump truck. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 In other business, the board: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Approved an agreement between Dupont and the airport, to permit the borough
to connect its sewer line to the airport's. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Approved a contract fee of $108,000 with Kutch, Brocavich and
Associates/EMJ-McFarland-Johnson Engineers Inc. for services to complete a
terminal needs analysis and environmental overview.
