Rhoda Bisbing &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nov. 20, 1992 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rhoda M. Bisbing, 70, of the Coxe Home, Main Street, Drifton, Hazle
Township, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 died Friday morning at Hazleton State General HospitalBorn in Dallas, she
was the daughter of the late Arthur and Winifred Gates Thomas. She was a
graduate of Dallas Borough High School and College Misericordia. Prior to
retiring, she was employed as a science teacher in North Carolina and Florida.
While a resident of Drifton, she was administrator of the Coxe Home Trust. She
had resided in Drifton for the pas 12 years. She was a member of the Dallas
United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Hazleton Art League,
where she won several awards for her paintings; and was also a member of the
board of directors of the Eckley Miners Museum. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving is a brother, Merrill (Merle) Thomas, Dallas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A memorial service will be held at a time to be announced in St. James
Episcopal Church, Drifton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 There will be no calling hours. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Arrangements are by the Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, 672 Memorial
Highway, Dallas.
