 Dec. 9, 1992 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Anthony S. Namowicz, of West Union Street, Nanticoke, died Wednesday night
at &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 River Street Manor, Wilkes-BarreA resident of Glen Lyon, Newport Township,
for most of his life, he was the son of the late John and Frances Sobolewski
Namowicz. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are sisters, Lottie Broza, Glen Lyon; Joan Swailes, Brooklyn,
N.Y.; brothers, John, Wrightstown, N.J.; Edward, South River, N.J. ; Leonard,
Glen Lyon; several nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family from the
George A. Strish Inc. Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., Glen Lyon, with mass in
St. Adalbert's Church. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in St. Adalbert's Cemetery, Glen Lyon. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 There will be no calling hours.
