WILKES-BARRE -- The following defendants who pleaded guilty Monday in
Luzerne County Court were sentenced. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Harrison Lincoln Wolfe, 24, Capri Motel, Hazleton, drunken driving, 48
hours in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, $300 fine, 25 hours of
community service and participation in the Alcohol Highway Safe Driving School
sponsored by the Court Advocate Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Frank M. Fiorilla, 24, East Adams Street, McAdoo, drunken driving, 48 hours
in the county prison, $300 fine, 25 hours of community service and safe
driving school. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Rosemary Mackiewicz, 21, North Main Street, Farview Township, theft, six
months probation. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 George Gentile Jr., 40, RD 1, Pittston, drunken driving, 90 days in the
county prison, $300 fine, 25 hours of community service and safe driving
school. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Michael A. Homa, South Market Street, Nanticoke, drunken driving, 30 days
in the county prison, $300 fine, 25 hours of community service and safe
driving school. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Fernando Valdivi, 37, 84th Street, Jackson Heights, N.Y., retail theft, 34
to 68 days in the county prison, paroled for serving the minimum time and
restitution of $1,319 to Hess's. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Tracy L. Marcikonis, 20, North Empire Court, Wilkes-Barre, conspiracy, one
year probation and $25-a-month assessment for probation. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Mark Jacukowicz, 21, Lori Drive, Archbald, drunken driving, 48 hours in the
county prison, $300 fine, 15 hours of community service, safe driving school,
$25-a-month assessment for probation for one year and summary offense of
purchase, consumption and transportation of alcoholic beverages, $75 fine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Russell Edward Blew, 26, North Wyoming Street, Hazleton, drunken driving,
48 hours in the county prison, $300 fine, safe driving school, 15 hours of
community service, $25-a-month assessment for probation for one year, summary
traffic violation of driving with a revoked license, $300 fine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Linda Geidosh, 32, Grant Street, Hazleton, drunken driving, 48 hours in the
county prison, $300 fine, 15 hours of community service, safe driving school,
$25-a-month assessment for probation for one year, summary traffic violation,
stop sign and yield sign violation, $25 fine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Defendants to be sentenced at a later date &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The following defendants who pleaded guilty Monday will be sentenced at a
later date. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Julta Litmanovich, 23, East 31st Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., simple assault and
possession of a controlled substance. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Guy J. Moscatelli, 22, Main Street, Duryea, unauthorized use of automobile
or other vehicles. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Donnie Probert, 30, RD 1, Freeland, drunken driving and disorderly conduct. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Defendant enters &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ARD program &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 One defendant entered the county Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition
(ARD) program on Monday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Upon successful completion of the terms of the program his record will be
cleared. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Timothy P. Dunnells, 27, Birchwood Estates, Exeter, selling or furnishing
liquor or beer to minor and corruption of minor, 18 months probation and a
$25-a-month assessment for probation. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Defendant placed on probation &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 One defendant was placed on probation without verdict on Monday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Samuel Edward Traver, 32, Shawanese, possession of drug paraphernalia, 18
months probation and $25-a-month assessment for probation. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Woman pleads guilty to arson charges &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Rosemary Shafer, 42, East Green Street, Hazleton, pleaded
guilty to arson charges Monday in Luzerne County Court. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Shafer, held in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of
$75,000 bail, will be sentenced at a later date. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was charged with starting a fire in a vacant apartment building in
Hazleton in July.
