 Dec. 1, 1992 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Frank B. Cooper, 85, of Lower Demunds Road, Dallas, died Tuesday night at &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 River Street Manor, Wilkes-BarreBorn April 11, 1907, in Wilkes-Barre, he
was the son of the late Thomas and Rose Cooper. He was employed by Richmond
Bros., Wilkes-Barre, as a clothing salesman. He was also an assistant manager
of Robert Hall Clothes, Wilkes-Barre, for 25 years. He was a member of Gate of
Heaven Church, Dallas. He had resided in the Back Mountain area since 1955. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas, Stephen and Joseph; sister,
Margaret. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are his wife, the former Nell Nevitt; daughter, Janet Gunster,
Dallas; son, Frank (Bud), Doylestown; sisters, Agnes Ridgeway, Fort Myers,
Fla.; Kate Kupy, Wyoming; six grandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family from the
Harold C. Snowdon Funeral Directors, 140 N. Main St., Shavertown. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 There will be no calling hours. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Gate of Heaven Church,
Machell Avenue, Dallas, 18612.
