 Refuse stickers for the first half of 1993 are being sold at the municipal

sold 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 17 and 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 19. The stickers are $75. The
rebate value for senior citizens is $70 with proof of a state property or rent
rebate. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Water company issues water boil advisory &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Harveys Lake Water Co. has issued a precautionary water boil advisory for
