Mary Polacheck &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Dec. 7, 1992 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mary B. Polacheck, of West Chestnut Street, Wilkes-Barre, and a guest at &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Leader West Nursing Home, Kingston, for the past two weeks, died Monday
evening in the nursing homeBorn in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the
late Stephen and Anna Bartos Polacheck. She attended Wilkes-Barre schools. She
was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Wilkes-Barre. Until her
retirement, she was employed as a seamstress in the garment industry by Gort
Frocks, Hudson, Plains Township, for 40 years. She was a member of the Altar
and Rosary Society and the Senior Citizens of Sacred Heart Church. She was a
former member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Court St. Ann Branch 1294. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by brothers, Stephen, Joseph, Aloysius, Leo and
Thomas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a sister, Anna T. Polacheck, at home; several nieces,
nephews, great nieces and great nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday from the John V. Morris
Funeral Home, 625 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in
Sacred Heart Church, with the Very Rev. Joseph Ziobro, V.F., pastor,
officiating.. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Dallas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. today by the Altar and Rosary Society.
