JACKSON TWP. -- State police cited a Dallas man for numerous traffic
violations Friday night after his pickup truck damaged 300 feet of stone fence
along Chase Road. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Keith Richard Thomas, 29, was traveling west on the road around 5:30 p.m.,
police said. His 1984 Chevrolet pickup truck left the roadway, struck the wall
and damaged it, ripping the right front tire from its rim. Thomas then drove
away on the rim. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Police reported Thomas was located later and cited. He was not injured and
was wearing a seatbelt. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The wall was on property owned by Ruth Norris of Shavertown, Kingston
Township.
