Rosalie Marlowe &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 6, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rosalie Marlowe, 88, formerly of Hollywood, Fla., and Schenectady, N.Y.,
died &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Thursday in the Leader East Nursing Center, KingstonBorn in Brooklyn, N.Y.,
she was the daughter of the late Herman and Edith Bernstein. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of Temple Beth El, the United Order of True Sisters, B'nai
B'rith Women, Hadassah and numerous other organizations in Hollywood. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen, in 1985. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Morton (Naomi) Schiffer, Kingston; Mrs.
Valerie Stark, Schenectady; sisters, Mrs. Ann Ticko, Denver; Mrs. Lillian
Glass, Yonkers, N.Y.; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family in Well Wood
Cemetery, Pinelawn, Long Island, N.Y., with service by grandson Rabbi Ira
Jeffrey Schiffer. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.
Morton Schiffer, 96 N. Atherton Ave., Kingston, Monday through Wednesday, from
2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Arrangements by the Rosenberg Funeral Chapel, Wilkes-Barre.
