 TOWNSHIP &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sabol, Moyer sworn in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 New board members Paul Sabol and Shirley Moyer were sworn into office by &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 District Justice James Tupper of Shavertown on Monday night at a
reorganization meetingWilliam Tippett will serve as chairman. Herbert Hill
will serve as vice chairman. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The board replaced its longtime earned income tax collector, H.A.
Berkheimer Associates, in favor of the Don Wilkinson agency. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The board will continue to meet at 8 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each
month. Public work sessions will be at 7:30 p.m. on the Monday preceding the
regular meeting. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The following reappointments were made: Benjamin R. Jones III, solicitor;
Jeffrey Box, township manager; Carole Loberg, administrative assistant; James
Balavage, police chief; Benjamin Gorey, zoning officer; Christopher Borton,
engineer; Janice Castellani, tax collector; Robert Opel, zoning hearing board
solicitor; J.H. Williams, auditor; Osbert Patton, sewage enforcement officer. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Also appointed: Thomas Shone to a three-year term of the civil service
commission; Ed Lanyon and Patti Snyder to three-year terms on the recreation
commission; Justin Bergman to a three-year term on the zoning hearing board;
Edward Price Jr. to a four-year term on the planning commission; and LaRoy
Ziegler to a three-year term on the police pension fund board.
