 Wiper fluid recalled &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Price Chopper Supermarkets issued a recall of Price Chopper brand
windshield washer with a dark blue cap. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The containers were mislabeled by the manufacturer, Kleen Brite
Laboratories Inc., and contain fluid which protects to minus 5 degrees. The
label states that it protects to minus 25 degrees. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Any customers who have the Price Chopper washer fluid with the blue cap may
bring it back to the store for a full refund or replacement. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 PG&amp;W, CEO will aid people needing heat help &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Pennsylvania Gas &amp; Water and Commission on Economic Opportunity
representatives will be available Saturday, Jan. 22 and Feb. 5 to assist
customers in applying for Pennsylvania Low Income Home Energy Assistance
Program grants. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Hours will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the PG&amp;W business office, 41 N. Main
St. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 This federal money is dispersed to help low-income customers meet emergency
home energy situations. According to Joe Butcher, division manager of consumer
affairs, PG&amp;W contacted all customers who are likely to receive these grants
in addition to creating Saturday hours. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 People in elderly and low-income households who believe they may qualify
should bring the following: a recent gas bill, verification paper for the
grant if possible, proof of all household income and proof of all household
Social Security numbers. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Any person unable to visit can apply between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the
CEO office, 211 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, or by calling PG&amp;W for more

 Snow removal set &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 To facilitate the movement of emergency vehicles and other municipal
equipment, the Department of Public Works will clear snow from the
even-numbered (according to street address) side of the following streets from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today friday : Church Street from Wyoming Avenue to Rutter
Avenue; and Wright Avenue from Pierce Street to Market Street. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 No parking will be allowed on the even-numbered sides of these streets when
snow-removal operations are in progress. Vehicles parked in violation may be
ticketed. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Borough police remind residents can be cited for shoveling snow or ice onto
