 Between a work session and regular meeting, the Wilkes- Barre Area School &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Board met in executive session for about an hour Tuesday. The closed
session was to discuss the hiring of substitutes for the spring semester, said

school boards to discuss personnel matters in private. Most other school
business must be done in a public meeting.
