 Jan. 31, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Josephine M. Roman, 78, of the Holiday City South section of Berkeley &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Township, N.J., died Monday at Community Medical Center, Toms River,
N.JBorn in Dupont, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Gabryela cq
Panuski. She resided in Jersey City, N.J. for many years before moving to the
Winding River section of Brick Township, N.J. She moved to Berkeley Township
seven years ago. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was employed by Western Electric Co., Jersey City, for many years. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, in 1957. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a daughter, Dorothy A. Roman, Jackson, N.J.; brother, John
Panuski, Dupont; sister, Julia Fanti, West Pittston; four grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral arrangements are pending from the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26
Mule Road, Toms River, N.J.
