Board holds private session <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
   Before a 7 p.m. meeting Wednesday, the Wyoming Valley West School Board met
in a half-hour executive session in an office conference room at the high
school in PlymouthThe board discussed teacher evaluations, said Superintendent
Norman Namey. Under the state Sunshine Law, school boards are allowed to
discuss personnel matters behind closed doors. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Most other school board business must be done in public.
