Helen Hojnowski &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Feb. 14, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Helen E. Hojnowski, of Kent Lane, Wilkes-Barre, died Monday at Mercy
Hospital, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Wilkes-BarreBorn in the Newtown section of Hanover Township, she was the
daughter of the late John and Mary Greek Fedak. She was a 1941 graduate of
Hanover Township High School. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Prior to retiring in 1986, she was employed by Herman Funke Quilting,
Ashley, and Tina Dress Co., Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and
Saint Patrick's Church, Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She and her husband, Frank, celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary, June
1, 1993. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by brothers, John, Joseph, and Andrew Fedak; and
sister, Pauline Blaski. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughters Mrs. Joseph (Carol)
Stahurski, Alden, Newport Township; Barbara Muskauski, Parsippany, N.J.;
brothers, Carl, Wilkes-Barre Township; Paul, Nanticoke;, Peter, Mountaintop;
Michael, Hanover Township; sisters, Mrs. Clement (Mary) Ostrowski,
Stroudsburg; Mrs. Joseph (Ann) Watchilla, Harrisburg; one granddaughter;
several nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Thursday from the George A. Strish Inc.
Funeral Home, 105 N. Main St., Ashley with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30
a.m. in Saint Patrick's Church. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
